Are you an experienced early learning professional who’s ready to take their career to the next level, honing leadership skills and building a successful business?
As part of the Centre Leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You’ll form strong relationships with children, families and communities, and understand the significance of your role in their lives.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice
- Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement
- Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business
As the Centre Director at Goodstart Cranbrook , you will use your experience and leadership qualities to engage and motivate your centre team to drive continuous improvement in all aspects across centre operations and to extend your network of relationships with children, families and educators. You will work in collaboration with your centre leadership team.
You will establish respectful and reciprocal relationships with families and engage in networks within the centre’s local community.
About our Centre : Goodstart Cranbrook is a large & busy 102 place service, providing care for child from nursery through to kindergarten. We are a well-equipped and nurturing childcare service. The focus on play-based learning and sensory experiences aligns with current best practices in early childhood education, and the age-appropriate outdoor play areas provide opportunities for physical development and exploration. Our service has a team of qualified and enthusiastic educators who work collaboratively to support the children's learning and development.
You’ll need:
- A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education ( or working towards)
- Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services
- Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
- Have proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
