Location: North Lakes and Bowen Hills QLD

Hours: 3-4 days per week (1 day from North Lakes, 1 day from Bowen Hills, 1 day for administration or placement visits and an additional day if required)
The Prospect:
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced trainers to join our team delivering the Certificate III and Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care in classrooms and simulated work environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions in accordance with the RTO's standards and guidelines.
- Provide support and guidance to students in their learning journey.
- Assess student competence and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116 or TAE40110 with TAELLN411 and TAEASS502).
- Certificate III Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC30121) or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC50121).
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Ideally, 2+ years industry experience in early childhood education and care.
- 1+ years experience in delivering training or education.
- Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great time management abilities.
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
