Position Summary

About the role:

- Part time Ongoing
Location: Austin Hospital

The Clinical Perfusion team is responsible for providing service for cardiac cases and supporting liver transplant as well routine and emergent aortic dissections, IVC tumors. Currently, our Perfusionists are also responsible for ECMO and ECLS within Operating Suite and support ICU ECMO team as required.

Participating in routine responsibilities related to the daily operations of the Perfusion department.

About you:

Ideally, you’ll have:

- ANZCP qualified Clinical Perfusionist with 5 years' experience

- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with patients and multi-disciplinary medical, nursing and scientific staff

- Ability to be independently motivated as well as have an ability to work in a team environment

- A flexible attitude,



including the capacity to acquire new skills and multi-task

- Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail

- Good communication skills

- Preferable to be engagedon Friday
