Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, diploma-qualified educator who is passionate about integrating nature into early childhood education. The ideal candidate will have a love for teaching, a creative approach to nature-based learning, and a robust commitment to supporting the development of young children in an outdoor-inspired setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement engaging, nature-based lesson plans and activities that promote environmental awareness and exploration.
- Create and maintain a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and a connection to the natural world.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, with a focus on the perks of outdoor and nature-based education.
- Observe and assess children’s progress, providing regular updates to parents and guardians, while incorporating nature-based learning goals.




- Collaborate with the team to continuously enhance the curriculum, integrating new ideas and practices that align with our nature-based philosophy.

Qualifications:

- A diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting, preferably with a focus on nature-based or outdoor learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for creating a nature-rich learning environment.
- Creative, enthusiastic, and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of young learners through a nature-based approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, with a shared commitment to centre philosophy and Early Childhood Education.
