Introduction

Drive the quality of delivery for the Adult Migrant English Program and Skills for Education and Employment.

The opportunity

- Provide guidance and support to Regional Managers and Business Managers to enable them to support students to achieve successful completion of their training and attainment of required outcomes
- Contribute to the development, validation and review of resources including peer review of student assessments to ensure quality and compliant outcomes
- Develop projects and proposals for testing and trialling new ways to improve outcomes and client engagement
- Review student, trainer and key stakeholder and audit feedback to improve processes
- Driving professional development activities

About you

- A customer focused individual who has a passion for training outcomes within a community setting
- Strong knowledge of the ACSF, VET sector and ASQA Standards for Registered Training Organisations
- Training and assessment resource development, validation and review skills
- Confident communicator who can engage with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to plan, execute and meet agreed deadlines
- Post graduate qualifications in TESOL and TAE40116




- Hold or have the ability to obtain a Working with Children Check
