The Opportunity:
We are looking for a number of dedicated and passionate Educator's to join our team in a casual capacity to work in Springwood. If you are passionate about early childhood education, providing quality outcomes for children and working with a team of professionals that share your enthusiasm and commitment, we want to hear from you!

Position requirements:

The successful applicant must be passionate, reliable, flexible, have attention to detail and be able to meet the following criteria;

- Assistants – Certificate III qualified or studying towards
- Lead Educators – Diploma in Children's services or studying towards and hold a Certificate III
- All staff must hold a current first aid, CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis training and a current Blue Card




- Be available within our Centres opening times and for last minute shifts

Your day-to-day:

- Each day you will contribute to the care and education of children, through supervision and engagement
- Children’s health and safety will always be your first priority
- You will sing, laugh, play and get messy while you are at work
- Then we clean up, there are nappies to do, mopping and cleaning as part of our general hygiene practices
- We will cover the costs of your study if you would like to upskill in your career

About the centre: Bethania Early Education Centre is located just a 450m walk from the Bethania train station. We care for up to 75 children per day and offer many programs including bush kindy and music programs and incorporate Aboriginal perspectives into our every day learning. We also have a strong sustainability focus and are proud of inclusive practices.
