Are you a passionate, playful, and curious individual ready to inspire the next generation? Global Village Learning (GVL) is looking for a Generalist Guide to join our Exploration & Discovery Learning Hub, a vibrant developmental stage where learners are encouraged to engage with hands-on projects and explore the world with wonder. This isn’t just a teaching role—it’s an invitation to help young learners (ages 8-12) stretch their curiosity, imagination, and creativity in a way that impacts their community and the world around them.

At GVL, we believe in a learner-led, guide-supported approach where curiosity drives learning. As a guide, you will nurture independent inquiry, foster collaboration, and design experiences that make learning fun, meaningful, and connected to real-world challenges.

What You’ll Do:

- Facilitate EDventurous Projects—where learners dive into playful, hands-on learning.
- Encourage exploration in all its forms: from nature walks to community-based problem-solving.
- Create an environment where learners feel safe to take risks, ask questions, and grow.
- Collaborate with learners to co-create Personal Interest Projects (PIPs) and engage with offsite learning adventures.




- Guide learners in building their own research projects, critical thinking, and leadership skills.
