About the role

As the Faculty Leader English at Ignatius Park College, you will be an excellent classroom practitioner with extensive knowledge of boy-friendly pedagogy and create a qualified environment within the faculty. Your role will share responsibility for the leadership of the school’s vision, mission and strategic priorities and contribute to the life and good management of the school. You will be delegated responsibility by the Principal for the co-ordination and supervision of teaching and learning within the English Faculty. This position collaborates with the team to develop best practice in learning and teaching.

About you

To be considered for this role you will need:

- Be committed to the goals, ethos and mission of the College as a Catholic school in the Edmund Rice Tradition.
- Current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers.
- Relevant qualifications in Education.
- Demonstrated teaching experience within the faculty area.
