Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for a Fire Assayer in our Kalgoorlie Laboratory:

- Responsible for weighing, fluxing, firing, knocking up and cupellation of samples in correct numerical order.
- These tasks to be carried out following established QC procedures and avoiding contamination.
- Responsible for managing the recycling and disposal operations for pots, slag and cupels.
- Must use appropriate personal protective equipment in the correct manner

Qualifications

- WA Driver License
- Forklift License (desirable)
- First aid certificate (preferred)
- Previous laboratory experience (desirable)
