Job Description

As a Laboratory Technician based in Perth Airport you will be responsible for sample digestions, solvent extractions, fusions, volumetric preparation, and waste disposal.

Other responsibilities will be:

- Operate scientific or testing equipment following established procedures.
- Perform instrumental, gravimetric and titrimetric analysis as required.
- Carry out clear and accurate recording and reporting of test results.
- Perform wet chemistry analysis of geochemical samples.
- Dispose samples and waste according to defined procedures.

Qualifications

- Certificate IV in Laboratory skills.
- Understand and be responsible for basic quality control/assurance procedures and techniques.
