Lead Educator

Eden Academy is dedicated to cultivating a holistic and nurturing approach to the Childcare and Kindergarten sector, but we couldn’t do it without our incredible team. We’re on the lookout for an experienced Lead Educatorin Early Education who wants to contribute to the continued success of our brand and customer experience to join our family!

Our Holland Park centrecaters for up to 80 children and operates from 7:00AM, to 6:30PM. The centre features natural play environments, open plan rooms, age-appropriate learning resources and separate playgrounds, and indoor and outdoor areas.

A little about you:




You’re an experienced Educator who is passionate and dedicated to high-quality care with a collaborative leadership style. Your programming is focused on encouraging our children to be independent learners and help build their resilience and self-awareness. You utilise conversations with the children to develop their inquisitive minds and therefore creating the basis of your program and the children’s learning journey with us.
You also have:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- A current Working with Children Check
- An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Australian Working Rights
- Excellent personal presentation
- Confidence in collaborating with our families and the local community
