Grace Lutheran College is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Pathways Coordinator to join our team at the Rothwell Campus.

As our current Pathways Coordinator, you will lead and manage proactive, credible, and high-quality procedures, processes and programs aimed at achieving excellent student outcomes through career and pathway guidance. This position assumes the oversight of career development programs, distance education opportunities, university opportunities and the SET Planning process.

The Pathways Coordinator will also be responsible for providing one-on-one career guidance to students.

Who You Are

- You're a natural leader with a heart for education and a knack for organisation
- You hold a Bachelor of Education; Certificate IV in Career Development (minimum)
- Have recent teaching experience with applicable career guidance experience
- TASS experience, an advantage
- You are confident, flexible, resourceful, discreet, hold wise judgement
