Our client, a leading Non-Profit Organization is looking for a Project Manager to lead and oversee a diverse range of projects from strategic to operational.
The role will be key to ensuring project fundamentals are adhered to, considering timelines, budget, risks, issues, and resourcing. As the role will manage a portfolio of projects simultaneously, the ability to prioritise and deal with competing priorities will be key as well as engaging with key stakeholders on project statuses.
Skills & Experience:
Hands-on project management experience delivering multiple end to end projects simultaneously
Relevant professional project certifications (e.g. PMP, RegPM, PRINCE2, SCRUM, MSP)
Proven experience in coaching and educating teams on project capabilities and skill sets
Proven and successful engagement skills with working across all levels in the organisation
Proven track record of influencing a diverse range of stakeholders and possess strong partnership focus to ensure projects remain on schedule
Competent understanding and utilisation of project management software i.e Smartsheet (similar to Microsoft Project)
A willingness to challenge status quo, drive longer term thinking and working with ambiguity
