Goodna Kids Early Learning Centre - Smiths Road is a purpose-built Reggio Emilia inspired Early Learning Centre that has been rated EXCEEDING the National Quality Standards in all 7 areas. This beautiful centre is licensed for 85 places a day across five beautiful studios. We are looking for confident and experienced educators to join our existing team. Catering for children aged six weeks to six years our facilities and philosophy are unrivalled in the Early Childhood Education industry. With its own Children's Cafeteria (Piazza), dedicated Art Studio (Atelier), large natural playgrounds and risky play outdoor environments.

At Goodna Kids, we are currently seeking a qualified Lead Educators and Educators to join our established team of dedicated professionals.

The successful applicant for this role will:

- Take pride in the presentation of the centre
- Possess a genuine desire and commitment for working with children
- MUST hold a Diploma or Certificate III in Children's Services (or be working towards*)
- Be willing to work as part of a team to provide high quality care for children
- Express a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophy
- Demonstrate excellent communication,



organisation and time management skills
- Show a transparent understanding of the the NQF (National Quality Framework), EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) and if applicable QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines)
