This is your opportunity to impart your industry knowledge to others entering or advancing their career in Real Estate by supporting them gain qualifications such as:

- Property Manager Registration (PMR)
- Land Agent
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice CPP41419
- Diploma in Property Management CPP51122

Responsibilities

- Mentoring your own cohorts of Trainees through to completion of their studies.
- Providing theory and practical Training and Assessment to Learners through virtual classroom sessions.
- Assessing a range of students using a variety of methods to determine whether they reach competency criteria.
- Delivering engaging group workshops face-to-face and virtually/online.
- Developing solid relationships with students and their employers to ensure Entry Education is always the training provider of choice.
- Using your administrative and organisational skills to prepare your workshops; communicate with students and employers; mark assessments; and maintain the student portal.

Skills and Experience

- Hold current and relevant Real Estate Qualifications / Licences




- Hold a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or be willing to undertake the course with our support.
- Solid, current industry experience in the Real Estate sector
- Prior experience as a Trainer/Assessor or knowledge of the Vocational Education and Training system is beneficial.
- Valid or ability to hold Working with Children's Check.
- A fantastic communicator; diligent and highly organised.
- Tech savvy – Comfortable with MS Office Suite. We will provide training on our student database; virtual classrooms and online learning systems.
