We are seeking talented and detail-oriented Content Writers to develop assessments for a range of Vocational Education and Training (VET) courses:
- UEE42720 - Certificate IV in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Servicing
- UEE43020 - Certificate IV in Electrical Equipment and Systems
- UEE40720 - Certificate IV in Electronics and Communications
- UEE53020 - Diploma of Electrical Systems Engineering
- UEE50520 - Diploma of Electronics and Communication Engineering
- MEM40119 - Certificate IV in Engineering
- MEM50119 - Diploma of Engineering Advanced Trade
- CPC30120 - Certificate III in Shopfitting
- CPC31920 - Certificate III in Joinery
- TLI30321 - Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations
- TLI31222 - Certificate III in Driving Operations
This is a remote position with an immediate start until 20 December 2024. The hours will be Monday through to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m (36.25 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities
- Create project assessment suitable for online use
- Create model answers and detailed assessor guides for each project activity
- Add questions for any gaps in knowledge evidence to ensure all knowledge evidence is addressed
- Upload any completed templates into the LMS
- Create templates for students to complete
- Create plan packs for different types of construction and building classes
- Ensure policies and procedures are reference in knowledge questions
The Successful Candidate
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or TAE40116)
- Proven ability to write a high standard of VET assessments for Building and Construction
- Demonstrated ability to meet project outcomes
- Qualifications and industry experience in Building and Construction
- A thorough understanding of compliance requirements
- A good understanding of current legislation and the ability to apply it is also essential
- You should have strong planning and time management skills and build positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to create courses that meet industry needs and specific requirements
Samples of your previous VET assessment development will be required.
