- Provide support to clients in accordance with their NDIS plans

- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as eating, dressing, bathing and grooming

- Provide transportation assistance to clients

- Provide respite care to clients and their families

- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of clients care plans and progress

- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the care team

- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of clients

- Attend regular meetings with clients and their families to review and adjust their NDIS plans as needed

- Provide training and education to clients and their families on how to navigate the NDIS system

- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest developments and best practices in the NDIS field

Requirements

- A minimum of a high school or equivalent

- At least 1 year of experience working with people with disabilities

- Strong understanding of the NDIS and its guidelines

- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsExperience with CRM software and NDIS portalsUnderstanding of health and safety regulationsAbility to work with a diverse client base, understanding the different support needs of clients based on their abilities, cultural backgrounds,



and language requirementsBasic care and first aid skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
