Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced TAE Trainer & Assessor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate should be based on the Gold Coast or Brisbane (due to the training schedule available, applicants living in any other location, will not be considered), and will be responsible for delivering training and assessment services on the Gold Coast, Brisbane, and North QLD, with potential for travel to Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth. Candidates must also be very comfortable with delivering training through online virtual platforms, such as Zoom or Teams. This role requires flexibility to travel to various locations within Queensland and interstate, as needed (up to 1 or 2 weeks of the month).

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective TAE training and assessment (TAE40122) to students both in-person and online.
- Develop and update training materials and resources to ensure they meet industry standards.
- Provide support and guidance to students throughout their learning journey.




- Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments.
- Travel to different training sites within Queensland (and interstate) as required.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma of Training Design and Development (TAE50216) Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (TAE50116).
- Current industry experience and relevant qualifications in TAE (TAE40122).
- Proficient in using virtual learning platforms and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel within Queensland and work from both the office and remote locations.
