Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Training Operations Manager to manage our training team, ensuring compliance with state and national standards. If you are a proactive self-starter with a passion for education and a knack for compliance and managing schedules, and are keen to be part of a positive, friendly and supportive team, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Support continuous improvement in the business performance of the RTO and effectively contribute towards achievement of the organisation's vision and purpose
- Assist in management and monitoring of trainer recruitment, performance and productivity
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness, success and ROI of training programs
- Assist in developing and managing the training budget
- Oversee creation of training schedules and manage any changes on short notice to maximise opportunities
- Develop and maintain positive, productive and mutually beneficial relationships with employer groups, sponsors, industry bodies and other key stakeholders

Key Requirements:

- Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure




- Open to being contacted and responding out of hours when late changes to training sessions are required due to illness or personal circumstances
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 / TAE40122)
- Current hospitality vocational experience
- Formal qualifications in Hospitality (to Diploma level) will be highly regarded
- Current driver’s licence and ability to travel when required, either locally or regional
