Project and Role Overview

We are seeking Buyers and a Senior Buyer with prior procurement and contracts experience on major projects in an EPC/EPCM organisation.

The roles are Perth CBD based, residing in the company’s office.

There are two major projects within the Mining and Oil and Gas sectors, where you will work on multiple required scopes. Responsibilities and scopes include:

- Procurement of materials, equipment,



and third-party contract services while ensuring quality compliance
- Developing and issuing tender packages, administering the tender process, and receiving tenders
- Reviewing tender submissions and negotiating any exceptions to Terms and Conditions
- Creation of recommendations for awards for Client and draft Contracts and Purchase orders
- Population and management of procurement data systems with the necessary information
- Supplier management and ensuring supplier and contractor documentation is received, reviewed, and implemented to meet the contract as needed

What Experience Do You Need?

- Experience working with relevant software packages (SAP and/or Oracle)
- EPCM experience
- Experience working either in the Mining or Oil and Gas industry is essential
- University degree in the relevant field or equivalent relevant experience
