JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking CHPP operators (non-trade) and operator maintainers (mechanical, electrical) for the eight (8) week operation of a coal wash plant that has been in care and maintenance since 2018. As a key member of a high performing team, you will play an integral role in implementing the client's production processing requirements. These roles will include flights for experienced skilled candidates.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

An absolute commitment to working safely, complying with all site safety standards and ensuring a safe and environmentally healthy workplace is essential. It is imperative that you possess the ability and aptitude to maintain high standards of safety, equipment serviceability, housekeeping and compliance with mine working procedures.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

It will be beneficial to have mining experience with a skillset of one or more of the below processing competencies, with either nationally recognized "Statements of Attainment" or SSE signed site-based training reports.

- RIIPRO302D Perform processing control room operations
- RIIWBP203D Treat and dispose of rejects and tailings

Current Drivers Licence

SSE/ Delegate Signed Skills List

Coal Board Medical/Standard 11

Mechanical/Electrical Trade (for maintainer roles)

Coal handling (CHPP) experience
