We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about ensuring operational efficiency, coordinating maintenance activities, and working with a dedicated team, we’d love to hear from you!

The Role
As the Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that all plant and equipment are maintained efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance, managing equipment availability, and working closely with the workshop team and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare maintenance work scopes.
- Procurement of parts and equipment.
- Development of maintenance task plans.
- Coordinating and managing external vendors.
- Maintain equipment maintenance history database.
- Provide ongoing maintenance advice and technical support.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, maintenance and workshop teams.
- Maintain and improve the company Maintenance Management System.
- Assist with the implementation and roll out of JDE.
- Maintain the company Asset Register.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:





- Proven experience in a maintenance coordination role within the mining, construction, or heavy equipment industries.
- Aus/NZ Heavy Duty Plant Mechanic Trade Qualification
- Caterpillar System Experience (ET, SIS)
- National Police Clearance
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and DAS
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams and external suppliers.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software and systems.
- A commitment to safety and compliance with industry standards.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
