Are you an experienced Project Engineer or Project Manager looking for a change of scenery and a new career opportunity? Queensland's civil construction sector is booming, and we're looking for experienced Project Engineers and Managers to join our team.

Joining a leading Family-Owned Civil Contractor with projects across South East Queensland you will have the chance to coordinate multiple projects across subdivisions, community projects, roadworks and infrastructure. You will have the opportunity to take the lead on your projects, with strong support from our Senior Leaders and experienced team members.

About you
You’ll be a tertiary qualified Civil Engineer, with a solid understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision works. You will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills in order to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules
- Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources
- Oversee and work with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Cost management and reporting
- Safety, quality and environmental management
- Delivering progress reports to the Construction Manager

About you

- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Civil Construction, previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience leading a team
- Strong problem solving skills




- Ability to establish strong working relationships
- high level verbal and written communication skills
