We are pleased to be working with our current client based in Castle Hill, Sydney and are leading the search for a Full-time Application Engineer.

Your Role

The role of full-time Application Engineer will be responsible for developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to contracts, programs, projects and services.

Main Responsibilities

- Preparation of sales and purchase contracts responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and persons affected managing paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects and services provided.
- Negotiation of contract terms with internal and external business partners working with Project Managers, Architects, Engineering Professionals, owners and others to ensure that goals are met.
- Overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders, preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organization’s activities.
- Preparation of new business proposals collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken, and reporting on project outcomes.




- Attending weekly meetings with the management to report on the status of contracts in place.
- Manage successful proposals through to the delivery phase, overseeing procurement and liaising with subcontractors as required
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
- Maintain proposal documentation in line with company procedures and policy to ensure compliance with QA standards.
- Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements

To Succeed

- Minimum of 1-2 years engineering or projects contracts experience
- Exposure to the engineering industry and/or an Engineering qualification
- Clear and developed communication skills, team player and hungry to provide results
- Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel
