TCD are currently seeking Project Engineers, with a keen interest and experience in major Dewatering and Underground Services projects.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Responsible for engineering support and delivery of the Project scope
- Work closely with the Project Manager to prepare work schedules, assigning and communicating work priorities
- Be thoroughly familiar with the works scope, drawings and schedule for delivery
- Communicate directly with the Client and our site management team on project issues
- Managing quality documents, compliance and the project reporting requirements in accordance with our management systems and procedures
- Coordinate the necessary resources including personnel, plant, materials and subcontractors to deliver our works
- Facilitate and support the site management team,
reviewing and providing information necessary for our works to be completed in a safe manner
ABOUT YOU:
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum five (5) years' experience working on Civil Construction Projects, ideally within Western Australia
- Strong all-round communication skills to manage client interactions and ability to lead others
- Able to prioritise, manage time well, multi-task and troubleshoot
- Experience in project planning, scheduling and reporting skills – MS Project or Primavera
- Project financial & cost management skills and ability to prepare accurate forecasts and reports on project status
- Experience in driving performance improvements and/or change in projects that have transparent success indicators
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in the business
- Ability to work both autonomously when required and as part of a team
- Able to complete and pass a thorough Pre-Employment Medical and DAS
- Committed to safety, problem solving and working as part of a team
