We are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The role involves management of a variety of projects and services engagements focused on automation / control systems and solutions, primarily in the Infrastructure, Water and Manufacturing industries.

We are looking for a go-getter with passion and drive who will be responsible for:

1. Leading projects and supporting engineering teams in design, development, FAT, commissioning, SAT and ongoing support of automation systems and solutions.
2. Planning and management of project execution alongside engineering leads (multiple concurrent projects).
3. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budgets and to Integrated Management System (IMS) standards.
4. Commercial management and coordination of associated activities
5. Contributing to the development of best practice methodologies, software, systems, procedures and uptake of the latest technologies.
6. Consistently meeting predefined project and wider business targets
7. Supporting sales activities and client relationship management
8. Continuous improvement of systems and processes as part of the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS).

The successful applicant will have:

1.



A Tertiary qualification in engineering or similar
2. PMBOK / PRINCE2 Practitioner or similar certification preferred
3. 10+ years project management experience in a range of end to end engineering project deliveries and service environments.
4. Mature business acumen and commercial experience
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Ability to work effectively, both autonomously and within a team
7. Ability to travel (interstate and internationally at times)
