The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting chance for a motivated Technical Drafter to join our company based at our head office in Erskine Park. Reporting to the CAD Systems Manager, this role is specifically suited to an experienced CAD user who is looking to build a career

Key Responsibilities
The role covers a wide variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

- Develop and maintain of the Rondo CAD systems, including the CAD Standards
- Maintenance of the Rondo Drawing and Document Control System
- Providing CAD support to the wider business
- Preparation of standard installation drawings
- Liase and support the Design Engineers by providing relevant drawings and details
- Liaise and support the Sales Team and Design Engineers by providing standard drawings and details

The Successful Candidate
To succeed in this position, you will be a team player with a “can do” attitude and meticulous attention to detail. You will have a passion for drawing and take pride in your work, coupled with strong organisational skills and flexibility to do what it takes to get the job done.



You have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with well-developed written and verbal communication skills.

You will also be able to demonstrate:

- Tertiary certification/ qualification in Computer Aided Drafting & Design (CADD)
- 5+ years’ experience in Drafting, including:
- AutoCAD experience (essential)
- 3D CAD modeling experience (desirable) – AutoDesk Inventor experience (preferred)
- Vault experience (desirable)

- Experience completing detailed, technical drawings (ability to provide examples desirable)
- Thorough knowledge of CAD drafting principles and practices.
- Ability to produce timely, high quality accurate drawings and documentation.
