Job Description

• Timely, accurate, detailed invoice entry to NetSuite ERP system for both restaurant operations and capital asset purchases

• Ensuring the internal procedures and protocols are followed

• Ensure that all input tax credits (ITC’s) are correctly coded according to province of purchase and tax regulations

• Communicate with vendors to build a trusting friendly relationship

• Communicate with restaurant and regional managers to obtain approvals for invoices

• Maintain accurate electronic filing system





• Vendor account reconciliation and follow up with vendor and field to resolve issues

Must Haves

• 2 plus years full cycle Accounts Payable experience
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Detail-orientated and critical thinker
• Positive and enthusiastic personality
• Able to handle large volumes and meet deadlines.
• Solid organizational, prioritizing, and time management skills
•Technical experience using NetSuite or other ERP/One World financial software

Nice to Haves

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting
