About the role

As the Area Sales Manager, On-Premise , you will focus maintaining and delivering on existing relationships within this territory, as well as, on exploring new growth opportunities in a combination of On-Premise venues like state on-premise ownership groups, premium and contemporary RECA (Restaurant and Café) , Cinema, Premium Hotels & Resorts and Clubs (Sports/Services/Community etc.) .

You’ll partner with the state-based Customer Marketing experts, to optimize and enhance our approach in these channels ensuring we are executing with excellence with our much loved-brands. Some of the things you will pick up as part of this role are:

- Providing superior customer service and managing your assigned territory
- Maintaining customer records through our CRM processes
- Preparing business plans and submissions to secure growth opportunities




- Managing and administering all trade promotional and incentive schemes in line with our marketing programs
- Merchandising back bars, display shelves and fridges to gain maximum display exposure of our products
- Being a valued member of the broader Field and on-premise teams.

About you

- As a passionate patron and/or guest to on-premise venues, with a genuine interest in on-premise developments, you’ll be part of our team of internal on-premise experts tasked with enabling us to keep ahead of the market share and capitalise on up to the minute intel for industry trends, new openings and the latest on-premise happenings.
- You have had previous experience in preferably Liquor or other FMCG businesses.
- You have a solid track record of strong relationships and connections with key, influential industry leaders.
- You are informed and articulate, with superior product knowledge to comfortably move from a deep palate discussion on all areas of the categories we play in.
- You have an entrepreneurial mind and you’re focused on new trends, recent possibilities, and unlimited potential.
- You can demonstrate proven ability to create new and successful consumption occasions for your customers and thrive in a strong team environment.
- You are meticulous with detail and can think outside the box to solve problems.
- You are a team player and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves to get the job done.
- You have exceptional time management skills and are able to deliver tasks, objectives and plans on time and in full.
