Clear verbal and written communication skills are a must as well as the ability to build a rapport with our client base.




Previous experience in either the tapware or plumbing industries will be highly regarded, however training will be provided.Duties include but are not limited to;Speaking with end users to identify faultsEntering new warranty jobs into the systemHandling technical enquiries via email and on the phone (training provided)Maintaining the aftersales data baseHours of work 8:00am-4:30pm with an early finish on alternating FridaysSkills & Experience NeededBe self-motivated and organisedAbility to build a rapport with clientsConfident and assertive personalityAbility to balance business and customer needsCommitted to uphold the great reputation and image of our companyWhat's on Offer?
