Working closely with the National Inventory Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting procurement activities, supplier relationships and operational requirements across the business.This is an excellent opportunity to join a secure, growing organisation where your experience will make a genuine impact.Procurement CoordinatorTomago NSW | Permanent Full-TimeAbout the RoleWorking closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders and operational teams, you will play a key role in supporting purchasing outcomes across the business.Your responsibilities will include:Managing purchase orders and supplier communicationsCoordinating procurement activities to support operational requirementsMonitoring supplier performance, lead times and delivery schedulesMaintaining supplier information and purchasing recordsSupporting inventory and stock management activitiesLiaising with internal stakeholders to ensure purchasing requirements are metIdentifying opportunities to improve purchasing processes and efficienciesEnsuring purchasing data and documentation is maintained accuratelyAbout YouTo be successful in this role,



you will have:Previous experience in a Purchasing Officer, Procurement Officer, Purchasing Administrator or similar roleExperience working within manufacturing, industrial, mining, engineering or related environmentsStrong supplier relationship and stakeholder management skillsExcellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detailStrong computer literacy and experience using ERP or purchasing systemsThe ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solvingExperience with Ostendo or similar ERP systems will be highly regarded.Why Join TS Global?
