Our children attend school, preschool or childcare during the week, and Mum is generally at home most days.This is a genuine hybrid role.
We are not looking for someone who only wants to nanny or only wants to clean.
We would love to find someone who enjoys working with children but is equally comfortable taking responsibility for keeping a busy family home clean, organised and running smoothly.The RoleSchool and childcare drop-offs and pick-upsTaking children to their regular extracurricular activitiesCaring for the children when requiredPreparing children's meals and snacksHelping with bags, uniforms and preparation for the following dayKeeping children's bedrooms, play areas and belongings organisedAssisting Mum with the children when everyone is homeProviding additional support when our new baby arrivesOur children have a number of regular activities during the week, including basketball, coding, swimming, gymnastics, dancing, piano, chess and guitar,



so helping with the logistics of a busy family schedule is an important part of the position.While the children are at school or childcare, the focus shifts primarily to the home, including:General household cleaning and tidyingLaundry, folding and putting clothes awayChanging and making bedsKeeping wardrobes and household areas organisedKitchen cleaning and general upkeepMeal preparationGrocery shoppingHousehold errandsKeeping children's items, school bags and activity equipment organisedGeneral family assistance as requiredWho We're Looking ForThe right person will be:Warm, patient and confident with young childrenGenuinely comfortable with housekeeping and cleaningReliable and punctualHighly organisedProactive and able to see what needs doing without always being askedComfortable working alongside a parent who is often at homeA confident and safe driverLooking for a stable, long-term position with one familyPrevious nanny, housekeeping, family assistant or household-management experience would be highly regarded.A driver's licence, Working With Children Check and robust references are required.This is intended to be a full-time Monday-Friday position.
