Printer, CNC router and Corel Draw DesignHarlequin Signs is seeking a skilled and experienced Wide Format Printer, CNC Router and Corel Draw Design professional to join our team in Slacks Creek, Queensland.
This is a full-time position based on-site at our facility.
In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing equipment, CNC routers, and utilising Corel Draw design software to produce high-quality signage and printed materials.
You will be instrumental in delivering exceptional results that meet our clients' specifications and deadlines, contributing directly to the success of our printing and publishing services division.Key responsibilitiesOperate and maintain printing equipment to produce signage, graphics and printed materials to the highest quality standardsSet up and operate CNC router equipment for cutting, engraving and routing various materials including wood, acrylic, vinyl, aluminium and compositesUtilise Corel Draw software to create, design and prepare artwork files for production, ensuring designs meet client specifications and technical requirementsPerform colour matching and quality control checks throughout the printing and production processTroubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, performing routine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal performancePrepare materials and manage workflow to meet project deadlines efficientlyCollaborate with team members and communicate with clients regarding design modifications and project progressAssist with production and installation of signageMaintain a clean, safe and organised work workplace in compliance with health and safety regulationsWhat we're looking forProven experience operating printing equipment and CNC routers in a commercial or industrial settingAdvanced proficiency in Corel Draw software,



with demonstrated ability to create designs from scratch or modify existing artwork - at least 1 year experienceExperience with CNC router or similar machineryExperience operating wide format and commercial printersStrong understanding of print production processes, colour management and material propertiesExcellent attention to detail and commitment to producing work that consistently meets quality standardsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and production briefsMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for equipment maintenance and problem-solvingStrong time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projectsExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a teamFull New South Wales driving licence (preferable)Health and safety awareness and willingness to comply with workplace safety protocolsWhat we offerWorking at Harlequin Signs, you will be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding signage and printing solutions.
