We're looking for the person who can take it further.The RoleThis is a high-ownership, part-time position (3 days/week) for someone who has already proven they can grow an audience and drive results through paid ads and Shopify.
You'll own GFTA's content and growth engine — social media, community, Shopify marketing flows, and paid ads.
This is a niche, passionate community, so you need to genuinely understand the hobby, not just market to it.

If you operate like an owner and are energised by rapid, high-stakes, high-growth environments, it is.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, film/shoot, edit and post premium-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms to keep growing our 100,000+ followingOwn day-to-day community engagement across a large, global audienceBuild and manage Shopify marketing automations and flows to drive conversion and repeat purchasesPlan and run paid social/digital ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok Ads) with a clear eye on ROASTrack performance across every channel and report on growth,
