We seek a Full-Time, Service Technician whois available to provide support to our growingteam in Eastern Creek, NSW.

Your responsibilities:Service and repair all medical and mobility equipment in the field and workshopLiaise with Customers, Service Coordinators, Field Technicians,
Workshop Technicians and other internal departments to get the best outcomes for our customersPrepare and follow up quotes for repairsSubmit a service report once the job is done.Prioritize and complete work so that ILS meets its contractual agreements and delivers customer service excellenceProvide feedback on the quality and serviceability of our products so ILS can continuously improvePropose solutions to improve the customer experience and make ILS Servicing more efficient and effectiveMaintain your Service vehicle in good condition, ensuring it is well stocked with parts and consumablesOther duties within the Service team as requiredThe successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:Previous experience in repairing and maintaining equipmentAbility to troubleshoot unsupervisedExcellent written and oral communication skillsKnowledge and use of Microsoft ProductsA friendly, proactive, and professional personality with a desire to listen, understand and assist with client needsCurrent driver's license.Willingness to obtain: Police Check, Working with Children's check and NDIS Worker CheckMust be fully Covid-19 Vaccinated (3 doses).
