This is a hands-on position that plays a crucial role in our production operations.
As an Assembly Worker Installer, you will be responsible for assembling components, cutting and bending.
This role is essential to maintaining our operational efficiency and delivering excellence to our clients.Key responsibilitiesAssemble stainless steel components according to drawingsUsing hand tools, power tools, and equipmentPerform routine maintenance and checks on tools and equipmentFollow all safety protocols and workplace procedures to maintain a safe working environmentCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress and any issuesContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancementsMaintain accurate records and documentation of assembly work completedAdhere to production schedules and meet daily targetsWhat we're looking forProven experience in assembly or manufacturing environments, preferably in process work or installation rolesStrong proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instrumentsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions accuratelyExcellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality and precisionCapability to work efficiently to meet production deadlines and targetsSound understanding of workplace health and safety requirementsPhysical capability to perform repetitive tasks and work in a manufacturing environmentReliability and strong attendance recordWillingness to learn current processes and develop skills on the jobRelevant certifications or qualifications in assembly or manufacturing are advantageousHours: Monday to Thursday 7.00am to 3.30pm – Friday 7.00am to 1.00pmWhat we offerWe are committed to providing a supportive and professional workplace.
