Yaunati is currently recruiting experienced Electrical Supervisors for an established electrical contractor delivering projects across commercial, industrial and infrastructure environments.
We're looking for hands-on supervisors who can lead electrical crews, coordinate site activities and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
About the Role
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day electrical works on site, coordinating trades and subcontractors, and working closely with Project Managers and other stakeholders to keep projects on track.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising and coordinating electrical teams and subcontractors on site
Managing daily site activities and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently
Interpreting electrical drawings, specifications and project documentation
Coordinating labour, materials, equipment and site requirements
Monitoring project progress and ensuring works are delivered to programme
Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship
Ensuring compliance with relevant electrical standards, legislation and company procedures
Conducting toolbox meetings, site inspections and safety checks
Identifying and resolving site issues as they arise
Liaising with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors and other site personnel
Supporting project handover, commissioning and completion activities
About You




We're looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor who is confident leading teams and managing electrical works in a fast-paced project environment.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor or leading hand on commercial, industrial or infrastructure projects
Relevant electrical trade qualification and current WA electrical licence
Strong understanding of electrical installations, drawings and specifications
Demonstrated experience supervising electrical teams and subcontractors
Strong commitment to safety and quality
Excellent communication and organisational skills
The ability to coordinate multiple priorities and keep projects moving
A practical, hands-on approach with robust attention to detail
Current Australian work rights
Current driver's licence
