We're partnering with a globally recognised consumer products organisation currently delivering a large-scale international Product Lifecycle Management (cPLM) transformation programme.
As part of this journey, we're looking for an early-career Functional Analyst to join the team and support the evolution of formulation and product development processes across a complex global environment.This is an outstanding opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to two years' experience in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology or a related discipline who is curious about how products are developed, scaled and commercialised within a global enterprise.You do not need deep systems experience — training and support will be provided.
What matters most is strong communication skills, curiosity, structured thinking and a genuine interest in product development and business transformation.The OpportunityYou'll join a global programme focused on modernising how products are formulated, specified and brought to market.
Initially, you'll work closely with international design and build teams across Europe and North America, before supporting regional deployment activities within ANZ.This role offers rare exposure early in your career across:Product development and formulation processesGlobal business transformationFunctional analysis and requirements gatheringTesting and deployment activitiesData and systems-driven process improvementKey ResponsibilitiesYou'll support the wider programme team to:Understand current formulation and product development processesCapture business requirements, pain points and improvement opportunitiesTranslate requirements into user stories and functional documentationSupport testing activities including UAT, defect logging and retestingAssist with training materials, user guides and support documentationParticipate in deployment and hypercare activitiesWork collaboratively with R&D;, Supply Chain, Quality, Commercial and Digital teamsSupport data quality and compliant product development processesAbout YouWe're looking for someone who brings:A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology or similar0–2 years' experience in R&D;, laboratory, product development, quality or technical environmentsStrong curiosity around how products are formulated and commercialisedInterest in digital systems, transformation and process improvementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA cooperative mindset and ability to work across global teamsStrong organisational and problem-solving capabilityA willingness to learn and grow within a transformation environmentPrevious exposure to PLM systems, R&D; systems or transformation programmes is advantageous but not essential.What's In It For You?
