Our Sales (Customer Development) UFLP is designed to accelerate the careers of future commercial leaders by providing real-world experience across sales, category management, e-commerce, customer strategy, and account management.
You'll work alongside some of ANZ's largest retail and digital partners, using shopper insights, market data, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and deliver winning customer solutions.




From developing joint business plans to supporting category growth initiatives and navigating the evolving e-commerce landscape, you'll gain exposure to the key drivers of a successful FMCG business.
Throughout the programme, you'll collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other cross-functional teams, building a holistic understanding of how a global organisation creates value for customers and consumers alike.
