We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a global healthcare business due to business growth.
In this role, you will expedite customer requests and work collaboratively with the sales and logistics teams, ensuring all sales orders are delivered on time.
Your responsibilities
Assisting customers via phone and emailProcessing sales orders, returns, and credits via SAPProviding quotes and assist with stock availabilityCoordinating logistics requirements for timely delivery of sales ordersProviding administration support to customers and internal project engineers
About you
Proven experience in an office based customer service, call centre, administration, internal sales, or logistics roleMust have SAP experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and great problem-solving abilities
