This is a Community based Aged Care role.
You will be required to drive during your work day.
You must be available weekends and up to 7pm weeknights.
Your Role as Care Worker
You'll deliver this role by:
Assist clients with
personal care, hygiene, showering, mobility, and meals
Support clients with
domestic tasks
, including house cleaning, laundry, ironing, and meal prep
Provide
social and community support
and assist with transport to appointments or shopping
Follow clients'
care plans
and report changes in wellbeing to the Coordinator/Case Manager
Contribute ideas to
improve services and teamwork
Location – Bundaberg and Surrounding Suburbs

What We're Looking For
Must be available every weekend and weeknights until 7pm

Essential Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support




(or equivalent)
Must hold a current Australian Driver's Licence
and comprehensively insured vehicle
