The Role
The Rostering Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and maintaining effective staff rosters to ensure consistent service delivery.
The role also supports recruitment activities, participates in interviews, oversees staff induction processes, and assists the Manager with day-to-day staff supervision.
This position is required to participate in a rotating on-call roster to provide after-hours operational support.
