You'll be there for people during some of the most significant moments of their lives, helping families feel supported and ensuring their loved one's farewell is handled with dignity.You'll build meaningful relationships with families, work alongside a supportive local team and develop specialist skills that can provide a genuinely rewarding long-term career.If you've worked in hospitality, events, aged care,



community services, healthcare, retail, customer service or another people-focused workplace, your experience could translate incredibly well.What you'll be doingMeeting with families and listening carefully to their wishesHelping families plan and coordinate meaningful funeral servicesConducting funeral services with professionalism, warmth and respectBeing a calm and reassuring presence for families throughout the processCoordinating the many details behind each service to ensure everything runs smoothlyWorking closely with colleagues, clergy, celebrants and other service providersSupporting the day-to-day operations of the Tewantin locationMaintaining high standards of care, presentation, safety and complianceBeing part of a team that takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience for every familyWe're looking for someone who...Most importantly, you're a good people person.You may be someone who:Has a natural ability to make people feel comfortable and at easeIs compassionate,
