Christmas Display Solutions – Carrum Downs, VICImmediate Start AvailableWarehouse, Service & Repair SupervisorChristmas Display Solutions – Carrum Downs, VICImmediate Start AvailableA Full-Time Role with a Seasonal DifferenceChristmas is naturally our busiest time of year, so this role has a seasonal rhythm.During the quieter months – generally March to July – the role typically operates around 3–4 days per week while remaining on a full-time salary.In return, we need someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves during our busier periods and help make sure our projects and installation teams are ready to deliver Christmas across Australia.For the right person, it offers an unusual combination of full-time security, variety and greater flexibility during the quieter part of the year.What You'll Be DoingReporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for keeping our warehouse, Christmas assets, tools and equipment organised, maintained and ready to go.Your role will include:Overseeing the day-to-day organisation and operation of the warehouseReceiving, storing and dispatching stock and equipmentMaintaining accurate stock and asset recordsPicking, packing and staging projects for installation teamsLoading and unloading vehicles using forklifts and warehouse equipmentInspecting returned Christmas displays and identifying repairsRepairing, servicing and refurbishing decorations, trees, wreaths, garlands, lighting, props and display structuresLooking after tools, machinery, access equipment and consumablesUndertaking preventative maintenance and coordinating servicingBuilding, assembling and modifying new decorations and display elementsWorking with materials including timber, metal, plastics, fabrics, foliage,



lighting and decorative finishesSupporting our installation teams and occasionally assisting in office during peak periodsThere's plenty of variety.
One day you might be preparing a major installation, the next repairing a Christmas tree, building a custom display or improving how the warehouse operates.About YouWe're looking for someone who is practical, organised and comfortable taking responsibility for getting things done.You don't necessarily need to come from the Christmas or events industry.
Your background might be in warehousing, maintenance, manufacturing, fabrication, construction, shop fitting, signage, events or another practical environment.Most importantly, you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems and keeping things organised.What You'll NeedPrevious warehouse, logistics, operations, maintenance, manufacturing or similar experienceStrong organisational and planning skillsConfidence using hand and power toolsPractical repair,



assembly and maintenance skillsGood problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work autonomously and manage competing prioritiesCurrent Forklift Licence – essentialCurrent Driver's LicenceAbility to undertake manual handling and normal warehouse activitiesA strong commitment to workplace safetyReach forklift experience is preferred and an EWP Licence would be an advantage.Even Better If You Have...Experience in any of the following would be highly regarded:Warehouse or stock/asset managementSupervising or leading a small teamFabrication or weldingCarpentry or shop fittingConstruction or maintenancePainting and decoratingSignage, events or themingCreative construction or display productionBasic electrical troubleshootingWe don't expect one person to tick every box.
