The island is one of the closest Whitsunday islands to the mainland (Airlie Beach) with spectacular 30-minute ferry ride to work each day.Job DescriptionThis is an important role focused on ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, property and facilities, while helping to maintain the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere our resort is known for.About the roleConducting regular security patrols of the resort, guest areas and surrounding facilitiesMonitoring CCTV and security systemsManaging access to restricted areas and monitoring site securityResponding promptly to medical incidents and emergenciesProviding first aid within the scope of current training and certificationAssessing situations and determining when further medical assistance is requiredContacting and liaising with emergency services where necessaryAssisting with the safe management of guests, staff or visitors during medical emergenciesRecording and reporting first aid incidents in accordance with resort proceduresSupporting the resort's emergency response and evacuation proceduresConducting and assisting with investigations into security incidents, complaints, theft, property damage and other matters as requiredGathering information,
