Up to $85,000 + Super, pending experienceSherpa is looking for a Social & Digital Content Specialist: a hands-on social native to plan, produce, publish and optimise content across our clients' social and owned digital channels, with a strong focus on organic.You'll create planned content with purpose, jump on reactive opportunities when the moment strikes, and use AI tools intelligently to make your workflow sharper, faster and more effective - without losing the human judgement, creativity and craft our clients love.THE ROLEShape the approach - balance planned activity with reactive opportunities, building monthly calendars while staying close to culture, platform shifts and audience behaviourTranslate strategy into content - turn content pillars, brand guidelines and key messages into creative territories and actionable plans across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube ShortsGet on the tools - write and edit copy for captions, email, landing pages and campaign assets; design posts and digital graphics in Canva, Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite; plan and capture low-fi, platform-native videoBrief the specialists - storyboard visual assets and brief designers, photographers, videographers and creators with clear direction when specialist input is neededGuard the brand - act as brand guardian across your accounts, using AI responsibly while maintaining strong tone of voice, creative consistency and review processesKeep it running seamlessly - manage social calendars and scheduling across multiple accounts, support community management, and identify top-performing organic content for paid amplificationTurn data into direction - prepare weekly and monthly performance updates, using analytics platforms and approved AI tools to summarise insights and shape future planningWHO WE'RE LOOKING FORYou're a digital content native who lives in Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
You understand what makes content work in-feed, in Stories,



in short-form video and across owned channels, and you know how to adapt ideas for different brands, audiences and platforms.You're creative, but practical.
You can interpret a content strategy, come up with strong ideas, turn them into executable formats, and deliver them on time, on brand and within scope - comfortable moving between planned evergreen content and reactive social opportunities.You're also AI fluent.
You're already using AI tools to support research, ideation, planning, content development, versioning, repurposing, optimisation or reporting - and you understand the importance of applying human judgement, fact-checking, confidentiality and brand oversight.You'll bring:3+ years planning and managing social content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube ShortsStrong copywriting and editing skills across social, email, landing page and campaign formatsA good eye for visual content and confidence in Canva, Figma and/or Adobe Creative SuiteExperience concepting, scripting, capturing and editing short-form, platform-native videoAn understanding of social, video, paid and digital performance metrics - and how to turn data into recommendationsStrong client and stakeholder management skills, including feedback, approvals and timelinesExperience with scheduling tools (HubSpot, Meta Business Suite) and community management best practiceCuriosity about platform shifts, content trends and emerging AI toolsSALARY & BENEFITSThe starting salary for this role is up to $85,000 + Super,
