This is a rewarding opportunity to lead the day-to-day coordination and delivery of the City's Community Day Club services, supporting customers to participate in secure, inclusive and meaningful programs that promote independence, wellbeing, connection and choice.
You'll provide operational leadership across staff, volunteers, students, service activities, facilities, equipment and vehicles, while contributing to customer intake, assessment, support planning, reporting, policy review and continuous service improvement.What You'll Be DoingCoordinate Day Club programs across City locationsPlan engaging activities supporting customer wellbeingLead employees, volunteers and students confidentlySupport intake, reviews and support planningMaintain accurate records and service informationBuild relationships with customers, carers and providersSupport procedures, training and service guidelinesContribute to reporting, budgets and improvementsPosition DescriptionWe're looking for a community services leader who is organised, compassionate and confident supporting people, programs and teams.
You'll ideally bring:Relevant qualification or equivalent community services experienceExperience leading staff,
