In this role, you will:
Interpret, quote, and sell parts to customers with a focus on delivering maximum customer satisfaction and retentionMaintain customer records and keep them informed on order status and delivery expectationsManage the parts counter, supplying technicians with required partsApply best practice purchasing and selling processes to maximise business profitabilityProvide daily updates to service advisors on back-ordered parts and early arrivals ready to be fittedSupport, guide, and train new Parts Interpreters, fostering their growth and development within the automotive industry
To be considered for this role, you will have:
Confident communication skills-over the phone, in person, and in writingExcellent customer service skills, with the ability to upsell and solve problems for both internal and external customersStrong IT skills and attention to detailThe ability to work effectively as part of a teamA current Driver's Licence
