PARC Engineering is looking for experienced Instrument Tube Fitters for our local scope based in KwinanaWhat is includedMonday to FridayEvery second SaturdayDuration: 5-6 monthsWeekly payFT or Casual contracts available - Penalties applyKey ResponsibilitiesInterpret and work from P&IDs;, instrument hook-up (installation detail) drawings, instrument index/schedules, tubing schedules, general arrangement drawings and 3D model extracts.Route tubing neatly in banked, parallel, plumb and square runs; maintain consistent offsets, uniform bend geometry and clear access to instruments, valves and plant equipment.Measure, cut, deburr and bend *******L stainless steel instrument tubing to hook-up detail, using tube cutters and hand, ratchet or hydraulic benders.Produce clean, ovality-free bends of correct radius; avoid wrinkling, kinking, springback error and work hardening.Install and terminate tubing to field instruments, transmitters, gauges, switches, pneumatic actuators, positioners, solenoid valves, air sets (filter/regulators), lubricators and analyser cabinets.Slope impulse and sensing lines to achieve self-draining or self-venting configurations in accordance with hook-up details, maintaining continuous gradient without pockets.Provide adequate support at fittings, manifolds and instrument terminations to prevent vibration-induced fatigue and load transfer into fittingsRequirementsCertificate III in Instrumentation and Control (UEE***** or superseded equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years' experienceOR Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade (Fitting) or equivalent recognised trade qualification, provided the applicant can demonstrate substantial instrument tubing experienceGenuine career progression paths and professional development opportunitiesRemuneration,
