Tugun Bowls and Community Club Inc – Tugun QLDWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented casual Trainee Office Manager to join our team at the Tugun Bowls & Community Club Inc. in Tugun, Queensland.
The position will initially be approximately 20 hours per week (during training period) with a view to a permanent full time position (5 days per week/38 hours) in the new year.
As a casual Trainee Office Manager, you will be provided with comprehensive training and you will support the current Office Manager in the smooth and efficient running of our operations.What you'll be doingResponsible for all compliance and administration of accounts and liaison with our AccountantsResponsible for all Payroll, Superannuation, PAYG, BAS, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and BankingResponsible for regulatory reporting for poker machines, TAB and KenoHandling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer serviceMaintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databasesPerforming other tasks as required to support the overall operations of the clubWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in an Office Managerial role is highly preferableHigh level of knowledge and proficiency in office software, - Microsoft Office, MYOB Accountright,



SWIFTPOS (stock control), Wildcat (poker machines), TAB, Keno.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of peopleStrong organisational skills and attention to detailA flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesA genuine interest in supporting the local community and contributing to the success of the clubWhat we offerAt the Tugun Bowls & Community Club Inc., we are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive work setting.
